Signing in

Heysen has two kinds of users, and they sign in differently.

Agents use the app at h5.heysen.io. There are two ways to sign in:

You have What to enter
An agent login id (an HS… id issued by your agency) That id
A mobile number on file, US number That number

Your password is set per account. The platform does not display or email it — if you do not have one, your agency’s administrator issues it, and you should change it after the first sign-in.

  1. “Invalid password” — the password is wrong, not the id. Passwords are case-sensitive. After five wrong attempts the account is briefly rate-limited (a few minutes); wait rather than trying again immediately.
  2. “Account disabled” — the account exists but is not active. Your agency’s administrator has to re-enable it; nothing you do in the app can.
  3. You sign in but see no data — this is not a sign-in problem. It usually means your agent record is not yet linked to the person you are. See Agent onboarding and mapping.

Operators use saas.heysen.io with a username and their agency (tenant). A tenant administrator manages users, roles, and what each role can reach.

  • It never puts a password in a URL, an email body, or a log line.
  • It never answers “does this account exist” to an unauthenticated caller — the response for a wrong password and an unknown id is deliberately the same.
