The agent app

The agent app is the part of Heysen a producer uses daily. It is deliberately narrow: it shows your business, not the agency’s.

What is where

Area	What it answers
Dashboard	How much business do I have right now? Policies, premium, commission, clients, team — the same figures the back office sees for you.
Policies	Every policy you are credited on, with status, premium, and the customer behind it.
Clients	The people and households behind those policies.
Commission	Your commission detail: the current total, the monthly trend, and the individual result lines behind them.
Promotion	Your current level, what the next level requires, and whether you are on track.
Tasks and trainings	What the agency asked you to do, and the material assigned to your level.
Invite	Your invitation code, for bringing a client or a recruit in.
Points	Check-in and activity points, with the ledger behind the balance.
Assistant	An assistant that answers questions about your data — it reads the same records this app shows.

Two rules keep the app honest, and it is worth knowing both:

The same number appears in the same way everywhere. Your dashboard’s commission total and the operations summary an operator sees for you are the same figure, from the same records — not two independent calculations.
A number always has a stated source. A commission figure can come from the agency’s own settled results, from the carrier processor’s approved results, or from legacy settlement records. The app labels which one it used instead of silently mixing them. See Understanding your commission.

Other agents’ business. Team totals appear only where your role and the agency’s configuration give you a legitimate view.
Payment information that has not arrived. If payment status has not been imported, the app must not present the amount as paid, and it must not present it as a settled zero either — those are different facts.
Estimates. If a figure is not known yet, the honest display is “not available”, not a plausible-looking default.
